My Cameras NETAMO are down

As mentioned in the object of this email, 2 out of my 3 cameras NETATMO are completely down. I have tried my best effort to restart the camera using the QR code process with no result. In order to confirm the situation, I have asked to my qualified electrician (AMELECT company who installed NETATMO cameras very frequently) but despite spending 2 hours trying himself to restart the cameras, he failed.
For your information, the 3rd and only camera still running is the one that have been changed last September after being defective (I guess you will have a track of this in your CRM system).
Can you confirm the process to replace the 2 defective cameras ??
