Since a few days my outdoor camera no longer works (Presence) as before. my configuration is unchanged. Although the software records screenshots of movements in the alert zones, they cannot be played back afterwards. An arrow keeps turning and no image of the recording appears, but the screenshot that was taken does appear. Live view works. For some recordings the recording time is "0" sec. I know you had problems internally, but these should now be resolved. Only I don't notice the solution and the camera still doesn't work. Are there any known problems?
Same here, none of my Netatmo cams (two locations with in total 3 Presence, 2 Welcome, 1 Doorbell) work properly. It took me some time to find out that there were issues on Netatmo‘s side.
No playback, no possibility to change settings … I think, that‘s now more than a week, that the services are severely degraded. I have no idea, why Netatmo forces us into the cloud, having removed the direct access to the cams.
Because the system is — from a security perspective — not reliable at all, I will replace the cams by and by with cams from a different brand and have an AI backed recognition software running locally.

For some reason everything works again for me. I didn't do anything myself. The camera stopped working on its own a few weeks ago and a few days ago the camera started working again on its own. I have done nothing. All strange. I feel that after my complaint the issues that were clearly theirs were resolved.

I‘ve seen numerous disconnects/reconnects of all Wellcome and Presence cams at the same time (well only the disconnects, some re-connects are still not working 😡) yesterday at 02:23 (Middle European Daylight Saving Time; Amsterdam/…/Vienna) and 23:03. Then a software update for only one of the Presence on Wedenesday, 10th at 13:35 …
Bit that hasn‘t improved the situation at all.
So, still waiting 😡 …
… and no informatiin or update from Netatmo, which is very, very disappointing und leaves a lot of open questions about reliability and security.

I'm having is same problem. Worked perfectly until recently with no changes on my end. Still viewable on iphone and ipad, but unable to view on laptop. Can anyone help?
