I installed the welcome indoor camera via LAN, I can see the livestream in the app but the image colors are extremely red. Faces, room everything is completely red. It it possible to adjust the picture colors?
To see in the dark, the camera uses infrared light. Since daylight also emits infrared light, we use a filter during the day to reproduce an image that is faithful to what a human eye can see. As soon as the ambient light decreases, the filter retracts to allow infrared light to pass through and allow night vision.
When the filter remains open, infrared light is then captured by the camera, making the image pink/purple and betraying a hardware defect in the filter. As this cannot be repaired remotely, I invite you to contact your dealer for a product return.
