Can‘t change any settings

I am trying for days now, but I can‘t change any settings of any of my Netatmo cams … I‘d urgently have to update the IP address of the FTP server, so I can view the videos (which doesn’t work as well any more) but all I get is „an error occurred, please try again later.“ 😡
