Netatmo Presence - Night videos
My netatmo presence camera detects people and animals correctly. At night, when it detects people or anything else, the image suddenly becomes very dark and unnoticeable.

I have the same issue. It seems the spotlight doesn't come on at night when the camera records a scene.
In my case the light was on but at 0% and turned on automatically when it detected movement. I deactivated it and activated it again and it was ok.
I have two Presence cameras, both of which are faulty. Neither have functioning infrared detection at night. With one I can switch the floodlight on which is some use. The other does not respond to changes in floodlight settings.
During daylight and with the floodlight switched on with the one which works the camera works well and notifies properly
I have previously tried resetting but nothing seems to work.
