Can't set up camera

Hi Bought second hand, not tested outdoor camera from auction but can't set it up. Camera reads qr codes but app won't connect with unit during setup. I'm connected to 2.4G wifi and have Bluetooth on. Tried with Android and iOS. During setup I can see that camera creates it's own wifi network and led blinks rhythmically. Any ideas what else I could try? Error is "an error occurred, please try again later". If the problem persist, smartphone Bluetooth may not work properly.

    Solution was to set everything up with 10years old android phone. For some reason this worked without any issues but I had no luck with never phones.
