No reconnection possible

Hi,

I'm running the netatmo weather module with three temperature-modules, a wind-gauge and a rain-gauge.

Till March 14th it worked for years. Since that day, I wasn't able to reconnect the system. No changes in WLAN. I got a reconnection an two days (one in May and one yesterday, but the connection lasted only a few seconds.

I restored the factory settings several times, disconnected power and so on...

Has anyone any idea about solving the problem?

    I am having the same issue. Purchased a new wind gauge and cannot add it to the main station. All my other existing modules are working fine, just cannot remove or add any modules.  There are several posts from others describing similar issues. Submitted support ticket but they have gone dark on me (or maybe still investigating, no clue).

    That's not the same issue, because your problem is the connection of another gadget, but mine is the connection of the main module. The other modules are working, but unless the main module is not connected to the internet, the other modules can't deliver their meassures.

    Me to i cannot reconnect the station to the app.
    The station blink White but the app don't find her

    I am having a similar problem; my weather station (main unit) suddenly lost contact with outdoor module, and I am not able to reconnect. How do I submit a support ticket?

    Today I tried several times again and again. I disabled the 5GHz-Network, but no improvement. I started the connection trial by connecting the module to the socketcable. 3 times green blinking. Touched the upper side, one time green, then blinking blue (which is named white). Then the system asks if there is a qr-code --> no.

    The app tries to connect, positive connection is shown by continious blue light. In the app the process of firmware update starts. But the proceeding bar stops at about 5 to 10 % and a pop-up is shown, that the 'connection to the healthy home coach is lost'. This installation starts again. You can confirm with 'OK', but nothing elese happens...

     

    Does anyone wants to buy a used netatmo-System? I'm really frustrated 'cause a lot of money lost to the garbage can...

    Same. Worked fine for months. Now all of a sudden it won’t connect. Tried 2.4GHz only, rebooting, uninstalling app. Did reconnect one time for a few mins then lost connection to WiFi again. Frustrating.

    to anyone who still have the same issue with connecting
    after alot of troubleshooting i solved the issue by using the setup wizard on my computer instead
    https://home.netatmo.com/settings/setup-wizard/weather

    i think there is an issue with the firmware causing connectivity issues with phone app(atleast on android)
