security app broken?

For the last 12 hours the security app on iOS takes a while to load and when it does it says that none of the cameras are available, however, I can access the cameras without any issue via homekit and home assistant. Is there any issue with the cloud service?

    Same problem for me and also tried with android… but does not work

    Yes, same issue here. Notifications are working, I see the videos in the timeline but cannot access live feed. The app shows the cam as disconnected. I can access the live feed with VLC.

    Just tested it with Agent DVR: The live feed is there... I think the Netatmo App is not able to connect.

    Yes, just checked it, and it is working from the App too...Let us see if this is stabilized....

    Yes. Not working here. I get notifications and can see timeline events, but the app says videos are unavailable and cameras disconnected. They definitely are connected because I can see them connect on our WiFi.

    Same here. I can see the camera streams via Homekit but Netatmo app says that all cameras are disconnected, since a couple of days. Whats the issue here?
