Indoor camera with fix green led
Since a couple of weeks one of my indoor camera is not working showing a fix green led.
I tried hard-reset but nothing seems to make the camera work again.
Last following instructions on this community I connected the camera to my laptop via Netatmo Windows app (using usb + ethernet cables) but after some seconds I got the following error:
"Ups! Internal error number 2/2."

I have exactly the same problem, contacted support and told to do exactly as you had been told with no successful result.
HELP !!
Same Problem - Camera does Not work - any other solution ideas?
Contact Netatmo and get camera repaired .. that’s what I ended up doing .. netatmo were great at sorting but it took a while
This problem occurs after firmware updating (5.22 I think it was). Many owner of the Indoor camera is affected and Netatmo want me to repair it for €44. Just look in this forum. The firmware was automatically uploaded to my camera and after that it stopped to work. This should be a problem to solve without costs since it is the firmware updating that destroyed the camera. We should all demand Netatmo to take responsibility for their firmware mistake! Anders Hallin in Sweden
Same problem to two Smart Indoor Welcome Cameras. Not so smart eh?
I am having a similar problem. Camera not working, a greenlight. Trying to reset using computer but receiving “The internal error number 2/2”
I am in Kenya
I have even two of the welcome cameras, one worked for many years, then got broken and cannot be reset anymore. The second one I ordered via Amazon, got it and it got broken after only few days of operation. I tried to get it repaired by Amazon - they claimed it got repaired - but it is still not working and only shows the green light. Cannot be reset, will not talk to any network /wlan/bluetooth...) - I am lost now with two broken cameras...
Please help
Today I noticed that my netatmo welcome has been offline for 2 month.
If I plug it in, it had the green led, then turned off. Sometimes the green LED stayed on for a long time, turned off for a second and then back on but the camera never came online. The green LED also sometimes flickered.
I then plugged in a power meter before the welcome and when the LED turned off the camera was drawing 0W so it shutdown. It never went above 3W when the green LED was on.
The flickering then gave me an idea: I tried a phone charger with 2A that I had laying around and out of sudden the power draw went up to 5W, the LED turned off while still drawing Watts and the camera came back online. Tried the official adapter again afterwards and it didn't work.
So at least in my case it seems like the power adapter gave up!
