download camera videos Netatmo Smart indoor Camera
Hi,
I would like to know if it's possible to download all the videos from my Netatmo Smart indoor Camera. I tried to read the mini sd card but didn't work. What can I do to dowload all videos at once? I know that I can download Single videos but would be a very long job. I will be grateful if someone can help me. Thank you

I have no idea if I set the files to be saved also in the cloud, how can I do it without losing the videos I have in the sd card?
Hello,
You can download the videos only via the mobile app and web app. If you put the SD card in your PC, the data cannot be read, as it is encrypted.
When the micro-SD card is full, the oldest events are deleted and replaced by the newest ones.
In addition to storage on the micro-SD card, you can automatically send certain videos (to be defined in the settings) to your Dropbox account or to your personal FTP server, you can find more info here: https://helpcenter.netatmo.com/hc/articles/360024444712.

How does it work? when the SD card is full instead of deleting the files directly before uploading them to Dropbox and then deleting them?
I have the same Problem. I have the camera on "record only" setting and thus don't see all videos. There was an incident where I believe the camera must have seen, but since there was no event generated, I cannot access it. The ios app allows to download a kind of time lapse of the last 24 hours, so there must be a means to do so.
Upload via ftp of older videos would also be helpful. I am sure netatmo has a corresponding API, that doesn't seem to be published.
