Smoke alarm battery level

Hi, Does anyone know why Apple Home and Eve app says that I have only 15% of battery left in two of my Netatmo smoke alarm devices? Netatmo security app tells me that battery level is full both of those devices. Which app should I trust and why is there a difference between different apps? Thanks! Oliver

    I cannot find contact on website in order to create a ticket so I write here.

    Last time I had a problem with 2 years old smoke detektor and you were able to help.

    I just found out that 4 years old detector has also a problem with battery.

    I already reseted it as suggested last time and readded it.

    It is still showing no battery.

    Could you please help?

    It was bought on amazon 4 years ago so no way to send it there.

    Sort of the same problem here.

    My detector from 2021 shows "no battery" in the app, it should last to 2031.

    What can i do? Or who to contact?
