Changed battery of raingauge, no sensor coud be configured again

I have an Netatmo weather station.

Inside main sensor with temp/humidity, outside sensor temp/humidity, wind sensor, rain gauge.

The battery of rain gauge must be repaced.After doing this, no sensor could be configured to the main statiopn.

My sensors do not have the LED fr controllig, if it is workig like shown in the video.

I am very much satisfied with the system, but whe the change of batteries must be done, it takes a lot of time and many tries, before it will work again. I think, that there must be a difference between new and older types.

A complete second station with temp/humidity sensr for a second room coud also not connected to the system,

Some years ago Netatmo helped via e-mail. But I did not find any support e-mail adress now.

Any idea what I could do, that my station will work again?
