Access video stored on SD card

While I can download videos stored that generated events, I also have the camera set to record only on some occasions. How do I access those videos? Unfortunately ftp upload was disabled during the time i am interested in. We are moving out and had an incident less than a week ago where I need to access the recordings, so future network access is not guaranteed for the camera without resetting it. Any help? Is there a Linux program to decode the camera chip without the outdoor camera?
