Indoor Camera: Profile not appearing in the app (face recognition works)

For my indoor camera I do have a profile for each member of the household. One member gets recognized in the events but never appears in the list of profiles who are "home" or "absent". The profile is there and can be maintained. It also fully works on the Web Dashboard but in the app that poor person seems to be filtered out. Any hints on settings I might have missed up?
