Different Handling Bubbendorff Shutter (iDiamant, home+Control, Android)

I'm using iDiamant with Netatmo with "home+contol" app (Android; latest Version). 

We control 4 Bubendorff- solar roller shutter and 3 solar roller shutter with adjustable blinds. 

I can only open and close the roller shutters with the adjustable slats. I cannot use percentage values for opening or closing. 
I can also control the special ventilation position (max. light). 
Is there a special configuration for this in the app, or has this simply been "forgotten"?
