Camera disconnecting
I have smart indoor camera for more then 2 years, everything worked fine until recently (perhaps about 1m ago, I guess around the time of the latest software version update). My camera started to disconnect for about 20-30 min 2-3 times every day. I have not changed camera location nor wi-fi settings. I have tried all the tricks to restart (disconnect from power both camera and wi-fi equipment) - to no avail.

I experienced the same thing … for about a month, the camera no longer works, the camera connects and disconnects continuously and no longer records. the camera has been reset several times. Nothing… doesn’t work well anymore…

Exactly the same here with two cameras that both worked fine before. Since yesterday no connection, but can see on router that WiFi connection still works fine.
I have the exact same problem with all my cameras, it is connected to the router and HomeKit but in the security app it says it’s not connected and I get notifications a couple of times per day that the cameras are disconnected and back. This is not good at all, what are you doing Netatmo??
I am having the same problem - the camera connects and disconnects for no apparent reason.
I have not changed my router .I have turned the power off to the camera . Other devices on the router don't have any issues . Wheres the fix Mr. Netatmo ?
I have two cameras, one is working fine, and the other has this bugging issue of disconnecting several times a day and immediately reconnecting.
So it's definately NOT the network or the setup; the cameras are standing next to eacj other.
But what is it then ?
Switching off/on, resetting, reinstalling, firmware upgrade all did not help ...
I’m having the same problems with our doorbell too, in the last month or so. Repeated disconnects, and resetting gets it working for a matter of hours before it’s back to disconnected again.
As mentioned also by other users, I have two cameras. One is working fine, and the other one has this bugging issue of disconnecting sometimes several times a day and reconnecting after some time.
Interesting is, that the connection is lost in the Netatmo app, but in the Apple HomeKit app it is still working/visible. Therefore, it cannot be a network issue.
How is that possible??

I have the same problem with 3 Netatmo Welcome smart indoor camaras. All three cameras disconnect at the same time without any visible reason from my WiFi-network and connect again together after minutes, hours or even days.
Is there any idea to solve the problem?
I tried everything what Netatmo service and the provider of the router (AVM) have recommended without any success.
@fb --> for me, only a replacement worked.
Netatmo service helped me indentify there was no other option (settings, protocols, logs). Once they concluded is was a product issue, they supported me in writing to get a replacement from the online store where I bought the camera.
Both cameras, incl. the replaced one, work like a charm since then.
I have an indoor camera and it's still deconnected, when I wan to do the connexion i have the error message 0097-00003
Same problem. Installed a brand new outdoor camera and it disconnects constantly. Rear camera appears not to do this.
After 6 months the problem of disconnecting cameras is still existing.
I‘ll replace the Netatmo cameras by annother system!
Please let me know what you buy! I might look into the UniFi cameras
Do not buy netatmo product ever again!!!!!
