calibration

Hello I have 4 radiator thermostats, of which 3 work perfectly. The last one is way out of calibration. Now it can't calibrate anymore. This is not acceptable as I got them as a Christmas present in 2022. How do we solve the problem? Kind regards Bo Hamilton
