How to reattach netatmo valve head trv

Hi, I have replaced the metal TRV on my radiator as it was sticking. I now need to reattach the Netatmo valve head to the new TRV. Unfortunately the Netatmo valve is set to fully closed (due to no heating needed) Question: How do I get my old Netatmo valve head to fully open (maximum water flow) so I can refit it to my new TRV?
