New weather station purchased, outdoor sensor not responding nor connecting
Hello, I have just received my new weather station, internal module configured properly and external module also configured, it detects the serial number but shows no info about temperature, battery, signal, humidty.
Repeated 4 times the procedure, 3 with apple and 1 with Android but it stays the same.
LEDs for battery blink green correctly but after that it won't work. Since product is new I opened a ticket but they did not reply yet, any recommendation on what to do next?

Hi, just updating the post. I have sent it for repair, the repair has changed both motherboard of internal and external module, now it works. Stayed out for repair more than 20 working days thanks to Netatmo and Amazon second hand for the great service (I'm obviously being sarcastic but at least the product now works)...
