Smart cameras disconnected - what did Netatmo do?

have 2 smart indoor cameras since May 2024, everything worked fine in the beginning. Then after 2 months cameras started to disconnect for about 20-30 min 2-3 times every day. I have not changed camera location nor WiFi settings. Since yesterday no connection on Netatmo app and no video but can see on router that WiFi connection still works fine.

    Hi, i have two netatmo indoor alarm cameras and issue is getting worst and never been solved by netatmo! i keep writing emails, keep opening cases, and still nothing. No response. Camera keeps disconnecting/connecting all the time! changed wifi to lan, changed configuration as many times as suggested here but nothing. Rebooted, reseted, all kind of stuff but seem to not help and usually these cameras get bad usually after 8 months of work! nothing new nothing surprising! Any recommendation in 2025 lately someone has tried before i send it for replacement.

    Exact same issue here. All other devices on the network are working perfectly well and are staying connected. At least i did get a response from the support - although it seems like a generic answer and doesn't give me more information than the FAQs. A quick search on the internet brings up so many reports of this exact problem. The camera itself seems like such a solid product - but i can't understand, why a company would just not address an issue like that after such a long time.
