This is very nice from you: you gathered lots of unsatisfied customers for your mistakes and the first thing you manage doing is to stop comments on a Community forum...

So this is not a Community: it is just your way of gathering feedbacks, if and when you like them...

Said so, I think you can also remove all of our comments about the problem most of us suffered during last weekend, so that other people coming cannot see it...
I would have definitely preferred a "Sorry, we faced some problems, we are working solving it and preventing it from happening again". It would have been more "fair".
But I believe this comment will be blocked and hidden.

    Does Netatmo have a web page where you can check if there are any problems with their network or so?
    Why do I need to write the Helpdesk to find out that the problem with the disconnecting cameras is totally on the Netatmo side?

    @niels you have to simply because they have been so "superior" they never thought they could have problems...
    Some others (even bigger, like Google...) simply accepted the fact that "shit happens" and do not hide behind a finger... so they immediately (and proactively !) publish their inefficiencies...
    And this makes them much more trustable.

    Wow! It looks like I made a big mistake with this company. I first bought one of their cameras in about 2017 and was fairly happy. We bought another one for a different location in 2018 and were happy again. Now both of those seem to spend most of their time disconnected for unknown reasons. Worse, I discover they don’t even have a standard help line. I’m finished with them unless I get a chance to speak to a knowledgeable person in this week (just submitted my request today/Monday, having made it through their attempt to avoid customer contact. What a waste of my time (and money) this all looks like it has been.

    Me vuelve a dar continuos problemas la cámara, llevo desde el jueves in conexión de la cámara He reiniciado mil veces, también con ordenador, cambiado tarjeta ... No sé que hacer para que funciona!!! Adjunto pantallazo
