Sensor are not discovered

Hello I'm trying to configure windows indoor sensor, the green led blink for 5 times then stop and Webcam isn't able to discover and add the sensor to the confuration. I already configure 3 windows sensor but I have other 3 sensors that I wasn't able to add. I already try to change batteries. How can I solve it? Thanks Roberto

    I also have one sensor out of 6 that behaves "different": difficult to pair with the camera, and simply impossible to calibrate.

    Trief it on two different cameras, standing next to each other, no way to make that sensor work. Seems to be a "bad" sensor.

    I have same issue. Pairing goes ok, but after then, no nothing.

    All 6 sensors fails
