Rain gauge top cap broken

Hello, my rain gauge bucket white top cap/clip has broken off. The gauge wasn't showing the rainfall so I checked it manually with shaking and it's working but it seems that the cap is important, cause it looks that the rain water is not distributed evenly without. So, how can I get the replacement part? Thank you.

    mine the tipping  spoon has broken  any replacement  part for that ?
