Smart Indoor Camera and Siren problem

I have been successfully using Netatmo's Smart Indoor Camera and Siren since March 2024. With the v5.22.0 update, I experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection, and it was giving a video disconnected error, which has now been fixed. However, now, whenever I open the camera for monitoring, the alarm starts sounding immediately, whether I am home or not in the Security app. (even when the 'Sound Alarm When I'm Away' option is not selected). This prevents me from monitoring. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

Also with v5.22.0, I got one camera working perfectly fine, and the other keeps losing the network; however, they stand next to each other.
Also, the "bad" one keeps losing the siren.
And now, with the v5.24.0 update, the "bad" camera cannot get it installed.
I'm starting to think that it's really THAT product that has an issue, the other one working perfectly fine.
I had the same issues or more, since v5.24.0 was installed, my indoor camera is loosing often the connection, even if it's wired connected to the lan, image is not available from the app. Furthermore also Siren lost always connection to camera and siren batteries are immediately empty, also having new ones, .Even with siren connected to Power it loses connection to camera and when it works the siren sounds are very low (like no volume). Camera face detection became really poor and without detection the external camera sirens start to sound. I think that it's time for an important claim at Netatmo because I have all system based on the Indoor camera and with one indoor, one siren, 9 sensors and 2 external camera it's a big issue for me and safety of my house.

I am a new user of Indoor Camera Siren and have been experiencing significant issues. The camera frequently disconnects and reconnects, resulting in numerous notifications, even during the night. Additionally, the battery drains rapidly, lasting only a week. Furthermore, the siren is positioned approximately three meters away from the camera.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information on how to contact Netatmo Support for assistance. I have attempted to resolve these issues through the provided “forum,” but I have not been successful.

I sought contact with support, and it's a bit hidden at the very end of the FAQ on the regualr Netatmo homepage. There, there is a point where you can write an email form to support, should you not have found an answer to your questions.
Did that, and they responded in less than 24h. Happy to be in contact, and support seems quite competent. However, my issue with the welcome indoor is not solved (yet).
