I can't communicate with my weather station

I have lost contact with all devices. Tries to enter again but gets a message that the device already exists. I stand firm. Have changed the password and still can't log in and get blocked due to too many attempts. Can you disable everything so I can start from scratch. I can't even reset anything. I use post@eakvel.no and wounder; can I have one more account witch is blocking? Tank you very much for help. I have been working on this for many days with no progress.
