Doubt about relay and valves on differents house floors with independent heating circuits

I have a house with three floors, each of which has independent heating circuits with a thermostat on each floor, all connected to the same boiler. On the first floor I have a Netatmo thermostat that controls the whole floor. On the second floor I want to put Netatmo thermostatic valves on each of the radiators, do I need to buy a new relay (Netatmo starter pack) to connect the valves on the second floor, or can I connect the valves to the relay on the second floor and have it correctly control the hot water flow on the second floor?
