App doesn't want to install, it freezes when asked for location

I try to configurate new smart smoke alarm with my iPhone, and the app crashes when asked the access to location. I have only three options given: ”permit once” ”permit while using app” ”dont permit” Whatever I choose, nothing happens and I cant go to the next page. If I go previous page, and click again the ”next”, the app will freeze. I have downloaded the app several times without any change. What shall I do to have this operating properly? The user guide does not give any info about the meaning of device pressing buttons.

    First install with Apple home connect app. Then switch to Netamo app. It is a strange manner but it works with my Iphone. Regards.
