Welcome camera will not connect to wifi

I get the dreaded unknown error message.

I have tried this on my 2.5Ghz wif at my flat and it does not work

I have tried this at my home but again does not connect. it used top work in both locations, having set it up at home and then taken it to my flat.  In desperation, I have.

1) I have reset camera using usb cable and your app

2) I have installed a new 32gb sd card

3) I have run the procedure on my iphone many times but it fails to connect to wifi

4) I have a triband router which it worked with previously

5) I have tried a 2.5ghz access point wifi

The camera did connect to the internet but showed no photos, it does not connect on my iphone.

More help needed.
