Smoke detector

I bought 3 smoke alarms and installed one but I can’t see it in HomeKit. It shows up as sensors- but there is no functionality behind it. I’m not sure if it will notify me if there is a fire. Can someone help me to configure them correctly. I don’t want to return them, but I do not know how to get in touch with someone at Netatmo for technical help. Can someone reach out to me?

    If it shows up as a sensor then you can configure „activity-notifications“ in Homekit.
    But not much more you can do there.
