Heat request to Relais although schedule shouldn’t do so

Dear community, I have two radiators with Netatmo thermostats in the living room and the room thermostat is also in the living room. In my heating plan I have set the target temperature to 14°C from 0:00 to 17:00. According to the app, the actual temperature in this room is 15.5°C, but the thermostat still sends a temperature request of 19.5°C to the relay and switches the heating on. The hysteresis mode is selected for the thermostat. The thermostat shows this behavior in ECO mode, regardless of the time. Does anyone know this behavior and can give me a tip as to why it happens?     When the temperature of my rooms go below the the target my valves do trigger heating however they overshoot the target and go not stop heating upon reaching the target. I did recalibrate the valves without success, what should I do?
