After disconnecting relay from old boiler and connect to new one from app wifi it cannot find the relay again.
From router I can see the relay connected but app never finds it.
I even removed relay from my account but also I cannot add it again, during app search it never finds the relay.
Thermostat is working and responding, only wifi is not working.
Should I reset the relay?
Any hint to solve this issue?
Thanks.
Broke phone, bought new cheap one, app wouldn't work. bought new phone, nothing. Bought new netatmo, same.
Router sees relay, phone finds relay with bluetooth, but looks like relay not conveying any info.
I see they were having servicer problems but say they are fixed? this was a week ago. Coincidence?
Crazy.
Thermostat is working with relay so we can run heating manually, and old schedules still running. But no phone control.
Familiar?
Tearing my hair out!!

And by same boiler, I mean I didn't change my boiler. It all just stopped working. first I thought it was a phone problem, then a relay issue, so I bought the new kit.
Legrand say they don't deal with Netatmo queries any more.
And Netatmo don't seem to have any customer service.
I'll be putting negative reviews wherever I can if this is not fixed.

Did you tried to reset the relay?
I've got bellow response from netatmo support but I didn't tried it because I'm afraid to lose manual control of thermostat.
Confirm your Relay is connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz is not supported).
Reset Your Relay:
Unplug your Relay from power.
Press and hold the button on the Relay while reconnecting it to power.
Wait for the LED to blink rapidly, then release the button. This will reset the Relay.
Reconfigure the Relay in the App:
Open the Netatmo Energy app and navigate to "Add a Product."
Select the option to add a Relay and follow the on-screen instructions.
Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network during setup.

I've reset the relay and I could added it again to app. It's solved.
