Connect Smoke Alarm

I have bought 3 smoke alarm for my house, but cant connect them. The Wifi is the whole house more like the whole street so that cant be the problem.

When trying to connect the app tells me "its already connected, please ask for the home owners permission to be added to the house the smoke alarms are connected to"

I am the home owner, i want to connect the smoke alarm! They are NOT connected.

Pls help or i need to send the products back and write a bad review.
