I've been experiencing the same issue with my indoor camera. It's frustrating that there's no resolution yet. I noticed that the error disappears if you delete the profile where you have the error. Therefore, it must be a software or AI issue. At least this way, it lets you review the video instead of triggering an error.
I'm baffled that no one from Netatmo is engaging with us, and there's no way to report this issue. I'm thinking about switching to the Ubiquiti Protect G4 if Netatmo's approach to customer care is to wait until we leave. I'm really frustrated with the lack of customer service and support. Has anyone else tried this? Let's keep each other updated on any progress!
