Viewing timeline in other timezone lags updating for hours

Viewing the timeline from a timezone where it is 5 hours earlier doesn’t show the events real time but only after 5 hours.

Except the cam disconnect and reconnect. These are showed directly.

The timeline shows events with the viewers local time 5 hours before. While the disconnect and reconnect  show the Cam's time and appear immediately.
