Smoke Alarm setup on an iPhone

When I try and setup my new Natatmo smoke alarm for the 1st time in the iPhone app I keep getting the message "Error: Cloud data sync is in progress" and told to Retry. However, I just keep getting the same message over and over when I 'Retry'. On a previous screen I clicked by mistake on the cloud data bottom. How can I go back and clear this and restart from scratch?
