App/browser lost contact with system

App/browser isn't able to contact thermostat. Have changed batteries and reset/re setup relay from phone and all seems to go OK. with no error. App still doesn't show anything but a !

Nothing has changed with network setup etc.

    I have the same issue. Looks like the server is down. Hopefully being sorted. Heating is running so I’m boiling now!!

    We’ve not had any real issues since we’ve had ours. I sold them at work and never had issues so hopefully sorted asap

    The same thing happened here. But apart from here on the forum I couldn't find any other reports in Portugal. Does anyone know how to contact support?

    I’ve seen the issue reported in France, Belgium and Italy. You can contact them in x and I think they monitor this too

    Looks like it's back now :-) and I now know I'm dependent on Netamo's servers!
