Netatmo Energy - Lost All Connections
As of a few hours ago I have no connectivity to my heating system at all. This is using my Android App, my daughter's iPhone App and the Web App. What is going on. I reconfigured the relay using Bluetooth and re-set up the Wifi. No other issues with Wifi in the house. But still no connectivity to the thermostat or valves. How long until this will be fixed please ?

I replaced by whole kit when it stopped connecting with my phone.
New kit won't connect.
Wifi provider shows that relay is connected to wifi, but netatmo dashboard saying relay and thermostat not working.
Thermostat is working with relay, but no info is going over wifi from relay? Or info going in but not getting to my phone.
Help please.
As of 12/03/2025, my Android app is not connecting to my Thermostat and Relay, so I cannot control them remotely.
The Thermostat and Relay are communicating locally through my WiFi correctly, but for more than a month now, the Android mobile app has not been connecting to my devices at home.
Please tell me what to do—I have been patiently dealing with this situation for too long.

FIX - i signed up again with a different email address and everything works now.
