Netatmo Welcome won't add to HomeKit

I had to reset my Welcome camera. I removed it from HomeKit then followed the reset procedure. Now I've got the camera working in the Netatmo Security app again but I cannot add it back to HomeKit. After I follow the Configure HomeKit screens and scan the HomeKit Setup code the screen just times out with an "Accessory Not Found - You may need to restart your accessory before you can add it to your home" error. Restarting doesn't work. Any thoughts how to re-add the camera to HomeKit?

    Resolved

    Had to reset again and get the Welcome to generate a new HomeKit code.
