Bticino smarther2 firmware

Hello, 

i have a bticino smarther2 thermostat. The application report as actual firmware version the v37. I'm wondering: is the latest one? 

Because sometime it seems that it gets stuck and it keep the heater on even if the screen shows that the thermostat is off. I always need to detach and attach it again to let it release the switch.
