Consolidate multiple homes

I have a Classe 300EOS as well as 3 Smarther thermostats. Due to having to configure both of them multiple times I currently have multiple homes on my account. The "funny" thing is that the 2 homes show up on Control but not in Security. I'd like them to be consolidated. I tried my hardest to find a related article to then create a support request but no luck.

    Same issue for me too and same devices (3 smarther + classe 300eos). On top of the multiple homes issue, I can't get the 300eos to work with Google Home. The 3 thermostats appear in Google Home
