Webhooks get banned frequently

Hello,

I use the api web hooks to receive notifications from the smoke alarm (and possibly more), but every time I see the url is banned.
It is quite unreliable for smoke alarm...

I am aware for the rate limits but this is not the case, the server is always online, only in the night at 03:00 AM it is offline for 1-2 minutes for automatic maintenance, but this should be possible, otherwise you can never do that.

    In addition to previous message, I would like to access all devices locally, then I dont need all the cloud acces tools at all, but that seems not possible.
