Lost valve
Hello,
I have been modifying the configuration of the valve locations and now one of them valve number 4 does not appear to me anywhere installed. I remove the batteries, the display shows me the number 4 and after 30 seconds I get the room temperature with the symbol !. If I go to add a new valve, it does not appear as available either. What could be the problem?

I had this problem recently. You have to take the valve to the relay before it is detected.
One of my bedroom ones lost connection, and I struggled until I took it down to the kitchen where my relay is. Connected straight away.
I uninstalled the valves and now I'm trying to reinstall them using the app, but it doesn't detect any of them.
The valve number and connection lines keep flashing, but it's never recognized by anything, and there doesn't seem to be a way to reset the valves and pair them again.
I fixed it! I just had to physically place the valve on top of the relay and install the new device through the app. How hard would it have been to write that in the manual?? Unbelievable!
