Netatmo presence not working any more
Dear community,
I am running two Netatmo cameras. Both 5+ years old. One of them does not function any more. It shows as disconnected in the app and also the Floodlight does not activate during night. It also does not react to the factory reset QR code.
My home network and wifi is unchanged.
Can you advice please what to do?

I have the same problem
Root cause of my issue was a defective SD card. I replaced it with a new card and now the Netatmo camera works great again.
The Light dont shoes on.I Putin tue Fuse out and Putin in in again.Nprmaly the Light goes in,but nothing.I bis a new one.Maybe there is a Problem mit the SD Card and that the Reason why the Kamera doesnt work?I dont know
My Netatmo Presence ( several years old ) disconnected after a power cut. I was able to get it reconnected after switching off the fuse and it was great until another electrical powercut of several seconds. I tried the fuse box . Adjusting the WiFi but could not get it to scan or recognise QR code . I changed the microSD card and tried to set it up in homekit - zilch !
I decided maybe it was time to replace it and there was a good offer on the floodlight with siren , but before even unboxing it we had a broadband outage , plus electricity smart meter installation which required the whole fuse box to be turned off not just the isolation fuse to garage
....low and behold the camera has started working again!
