Local REST API for Netatmo/Bubendorff Roller Shutters Integration

I'm currently considering the purchase of Bubendorff roller shutters and intend to integrate them into my existing smart home system. For my application, it is crucial to control the roller shutters locally via a REST API without relying on an internet connection.

Based on my research, the "iDiamant with Netatmo" solution appears to support app-based control. However, the specifications suggest that an internet connection is required, and I could not find any indication of a locally accessible REST API. I've come across some references suggesting local control might be possible without internet connectivity, but I haven't found detailed or concrete information regarding this capability.

Could you please clarify whether Netatmo officially provides a documented REST API for local control of these roller shutters? The only relevant documentation I found is at https://dev.netatmo.com/apidocumentation/control, which, if I understand correctly, requires internet access.

If local REST API control is indeed available, I would greatly appreciate any technical documentation or additional information you could provide. If not, could you suggest any alternative methods to integrate the roller shutters locally into an existing smart home environment?
