inner knob is broken

Hello, I have istalled the smart lock, but the inner knob is broken while closing the lock. Is the part where are the batteries. Now I can’t lock the door from inside of my apartment How can we do? Do you have a spare parts? The lock is still under warranty Thank you in advance for your reply
