Thermostat app out of order. The cloud server is down?

For a few days now, the Thermostat app is out of order and doesn't communicate with the Netatmo server.
The home network is perfectly working and all other devices are working fine.
Any known issues with the cloud server?

    Same thing from me. Relay seems to be dead, LED is not flashing. Communication between relay and thermostat is fine, but the relay itself does not connect to wifi and ignores factory reset commands. Something is super wrong..
