Can’t connect camera

I have got a new router and can’t connect my indoor cameras I have followed instructions how to restart camera, erase them from my app etc. Keep getting failure codes or just getting stacked. I can read in your faq, that I need to contact support to get the cameras reset from your team, so please let me know which informations you need to do so. Br. Jan
