Try replacing the Micro SD card

Plus use some dielectric silicon grease ( like Prounol 100% Silicone Grease, General-Purpose Dielectric Paste, Waterproof HT Rubber Grease or Silverhook Silicone Grease Tube 80ml Multi-Purpose Waterproof Dielectric )

There are lots of discussions about Netatmo Floodlight +/- siren issues tips and fixes on reddit that are helpful.
As far as I can make out 32g is the biggest you can install but it will be more than adequate. ( and it is possible to reformat later if it gets too full )
