firmware upadate

I installed a new door lock - I got information about new firmware ready for installation - I installed the new firmware with the message everything is ok - I go further in the application and I have a white screen without the possibility of reaction. The installation failed because I still have information about the availability of new firmware to update. I use iPhone with the Home and security application.

    I’m experiencing the same issue, the software upgrade is not possible…

    If the situation persists, I invite you delete your app -> reboot your phone ->  and reinstall your mobile app. Be reassured, this will not remove the access to your Doorlock or any other Netatmo products.
