Unable to connect to DNS

Unable to connect to DNS error during initial setup. I tried both wifi (starlink with custom DNS to 8.8.8.8) and hotspots using two different phones. I have one set of cameras in one house and another set in this new house. I bought these two years ago but didnt unbox or install them until we moved. Power has been connected. Everything works until it connects to the wifi or hotspot and then the no DNS message no matter what config i try. The wifi is right next to the cameras with just a outside wall in between with full signal. 2.4ghz. And i had no problem in other house.

    I had the same problem. I had to reconfigure my whole home network to make the camera work.

    I had Asus AirMesh wifi and had to disable AirMesh and use just dumb Wireless Routers. It was just Netatmo that had issues. All other devices worked fine.

    Support just had to help me by manually adding the cameras for me to my account. Took a picture of the serial numbers in the cameras and they added them for me. After that the wifi setup worked as it should.
